I have been ripped off recently. Order is 2 months old placed on TVPAST.COM, PAYPAL payment went to ABC Productions and their website says getitnowdvd.com. They answered my first call acting surprised and said my order was being shipped, a week later they answered my call but told me to call back as their computer was down. Now phone is not answerred and voicemail box is full. They also do not respond to emails to any of the email address and unfortunantly for me PAYPAL was they can do nothing as it is past their cutoff period. BE WARE…

I had recently found some border paper that I liked and decided to order it online versus in the store I found it at in an effort to save some money. When I got the paper, it was a completely different color. The product in the store was more blue and the paper I received was more green. All information was the same. When I called to send it back I quickly understood “it was too good to be true”. Here is how they would RIP YOU OFF! The border paper was 3 rolls @ $20.44 for a total of $61.31 I was told that there would be 30% restocking fee AND a $10 shipping fee so they would refund me $28.39!!! I bet he makes money hand over fist at that rate of ripping people off! You charge me $61.31, send me some crap that is nothing like the appearance on the site, or as I previously have seen, get back some product, and keep more than half of my money!!! Scam artist! No wonder you charge a 30% restocking fee and charge a ridiculous shipping fee on returns…that’s obviously how you make your money! People order products and you send out crap and keep their money! Very suspicious website should tip you off; no 800 number, no clear indication of physical domicile, etc.
They will basically charge your card and then file your order for future reference. It was only after I disputed the billing item with MC that they sent out the order backdating it to when it should have been sent. This is the only web rip-off I have ever personally come across. The bright side of this episode is that while I had been planning on starting a collection of superhero collectibles which could have eventually required investing thousands of dollars, this harrowing experience with Toyglobe convinced me to give up the idea and now I’m much better off in the long run. Thanks Toyglobe!
Remember to dispute the item with your credit card company if you run into problems like this (1st time I had to do it and probably the last by avoiding outfits like this Toyglobe).

On April 30, 2010 I wanted to check a legal question and MyJaBil.com seemed to be one that could fit the bill. I wrote out the question, put my credit card number on it and expected a REPLY in my e-mail address. To date, I have received nothing.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK! There wasn’t a phone number for this place and I have had a horrible time trying to get into a complaint form. The bank told me I should try this route first, they cancelled my credit card but said that the $18.00 would go on my new one.

I ordered a desk online. It was on back order so it would be delivered a couple months later. They delivered it several weeks after they took payment. They scheduled a delivery time and arrived several hours early, then ran out the door. I opened the box and immediately saw that the desk was cracked in several places. I called the delivery guys, no answer. I called C&B and they would not ask the delivery guys, who had just left, to come back and pick it up. They would not accommodate my schedule at all to come pick it up and said a new delivery was many weeks away. They said they would call me back with a pick up and delivery date. That was two weeks ago. After the way they treated me on the phone and the runaround they gave me I will never buy from C&B again.

I have ordered from them before, the product worked okay, but the product is now defective. But when I was shopping somewhere else, I found out that the company took money out without my permission for membership renewal. They did not even send me an email telling me that my membership was due please renew or cancel, no, they took it out and overdrew my bank account. I had to wait about 4 days to put it back in and cancel the membership, which I don’t even need anymore since they did not leave my bank account alone. I would of trusted them, but they do things that I do not agree with such as sending things that wear out easily and go into your bank account without your permission. So buyer or newbie beware of this company if you are planning on saving money by getting their membership. Plus the membership is only recommended for frequent shoppers, once you sign up for it and the year has passed be prepared for them to withdraw $40.00 from your bank or credit card without an email
saying they were going to take money out even when you do not have money in there in the first place. If you order once, don’t get the membership!

I ordered shoes back in early March. They kept telling me 2 more weeks, two more weeks, etc. I finally cancelled the order in April. They e-mailed confirmation of the cancellation and reported a refund would show up on my card. There has been no refund and they will not respond to any subsequent e-mails inquiring about the refund status. NO PHONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST CLUE!

This business is completely fraudulent and has ripped me off and apparently others. They need to be reported to any and all online sites that warn the public about scams. I have contacted the BBB and will be contacting the legal athorities to prompt and investigation of their business practices.

I will post a retraction if you refund my money! Order # 28792
Otherwise, expect there to be warnings posted online to : Stay clear of this BS site!

I received payment confirmation via email from paypal which listed the items I ordered and the name of shoponspot’s owner Ashwin Kalbhor, and an email copy of a paid invoice from shoponspot. As of today (May 23rd, 2010) I have not received my order or any form of communication from shoponspot. I have opened multiple help tickets with shoponspot’s on line support system and sent email to shoponspot. I included my order number and a copy of the paypal payment confirmation in every communication I have sent to shoponspot. I would advise anyone that they avoid ordering from shoponspot.

While recuperating from a car accident in a Veteran’s Hospital I received an e-mail from KJMM enterprises. I made a phone appointment where I spoke to two different representatives from KJMM enterprises, claiming they were selling search engines. There were several stages ranging from $300.00 to $1400.00 according to how much return you were supposedly going to receive.

Of course the more you invested the more return you were supposedly going to receive and the more more invested the sooner your investment would pay off. After I returned from my hospital stay I was contacted once again from another representative from KJMM who claimed that I had over $1300.00 in my account but in order to get this money I had to send another $500.00. Needless to say I never saw this money and that is when the number I was given and the person I was told to ask for never answered my messages.

In fact when I began calling and calling and calling again all I got was an answering machine which is now disconnected. I do remember one representative who was supposedly one of the higher ups in the Company and his name was Anthony Thierry. That was the name that was given me anyway.

This was about 2 years ago but this was one scam that cost me quite a lot and I received nothing but lies from these people. If by chance I hear this name again I will be in touch with this person find out where he lives and deal with him personally.

Unless you are doing a HUGE reno in your house, well it’s just no worth it! We are coming up on our 10 year mark, and well, we have not now buy back in if we wish to stay on!!! Of coarse it’s at a reduced rate of $2614.50, it is originally $5999.00 at present, and the new annual fee after the initial 3 years went from $170 to $299!! This is insane, outrageous!! We saw it as a “lifetime” investment, but that is NOT the case!! You can really only save if you do major reno’s, not buying the everyday or household items. I ordered an item & noticed right away that the tracking was showing it as being shipped to the wrong state. Brought this to their attention. They did nothing to check into it, just assured me it was a tracking number issue (which it was not). So, I had to wait on this thing to be mailed across the country to the wrong state before they would listen to me & now have to wait another week for them to send a replacement. Turns out they typed my zip code wrong. Had they listened to me & corrected the problem right away, I wouldn’t be waiting almost 20 days for my item.

I belive they are somewhere in euro the credit reports came from somewhere in england. I think we need to look more closely at the E-market and laws that say you can sell and market anything with out proper licenseing. I can no longer get onto there site and I’m assuming that there P.O. Box is also invalid in San Diego. My advice would be if you are going to bye online and have never bought from a new website to do some research. I would have loved to look at this information before making the decision to bye. good luck.

I ordered a ring in Sept 2009. It took about 5 weeks to get it. The 14k gold mounting was very thin, the 1.15 of diamonds was more like maybe 50 points. When I returned it Nov 11th, that is when I found out it would be 45 days to get my money back. They also take 10 percent of the purchase price. I shouldn’t get docked money because there product was inferior. On the air they do not tell you any of this. Other shopping channels get your product out in a week and you have your money back if your not satisfied with in a week of mailing it back with their shipping label. So I paid $700 plus shipping to get it. Then I paid more to send it back and insured it. Then I lost $70 for their restocking fee. It is Dec 14th and haven’t gotten my refund. All I can say is I will never buy from them again. I spend alot of money on line, espcially on jewelry. Direct shoppings loss.

I ordered a automatic door opener from Planet mobility. They were quick to take the $737 out of my checking account, but when I hadn’t rec’d the merchandise several weeks later, I called them. They said they had cancelled the contract with the vendor and would get a new one and send it out. So, I called the vendor of the door, Private Door. They told me the opposite…that they had cancelled the contract due to the fact that PM didn’t pay their bills. I reordered the door from Private door directly. They were great and matched the price. Now, PM won’t refund my money. How dare they even take the money out of my account when they didn’t even have a vendor to fill the order with!!!I have finally filed a grievance with my bank, but still won’t have the money back in time for Christmas, which is a real hardship on me. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM PLANET MOBILITY. THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I purchased an Outdoor Heated Thermo-Kiity Camper and Thermo Cube and had these products shipped to my parents for their outdoor cat’s use this winter. They set it up for her (how else can we tell if she will use the product), he set her inside it and near the bed, and she would not use it. She jumped out of the bed the couple of times that he set her in it, and at that point, they picked the bed up, took it back inside, and called me. I informed them that the product had to be free of any hair or dirt and they informed me that the cat was barely near it! They were extra particular about it being in BRAND NEW CONDITION and free of hair and dirt so it could be returned. They packaged it back up in the wrapping and sent it back with the RA code that I received. When they informed me that it was shipped back to them, I thought it was a mistake, only to be told by customer service that the RMA results were unsatisfactory. This is absolutely ridiculous! Do you mean to tell me that if I purchased clothing or furniture from your company, that I basically can not try the product on/out before determining if I like it or not? ..because it is an animal, it’s different?? I can fully understand if it is caked with mud and dirt and covered in hair…that is obviously used and not re-sellable. I am very dissatisfied with the poor customer service I received in this matter and the absurd claim that this bed was used. I have ordered several pet items online and in pet stores, and on occassion, have to return the item due to wrong size, etc. (dog bed to be specific) and they did not scrutinize the returned item to such a ridiculous extreme! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and WILL not purchase from them EVER again. Perhaps they should not carry pet products if they hate animals so much. I can see why companies like theirs stay in business…they just steal people’s money!

I have placed several orders with eCost without incident, however I am very disappointed with a recent customer service issue. On my last order approximately 2-3 weeks ago, I signed up for their Platinum Premium membership. I was sold on this during the checkout process and I have a screenshot if anyone is interested in seeing. It stated for $39.99 that there was FREE ground shipping and discounted express shipping, exclusive access to bargain countdown platinum showcase, and exclusive access to platinum outrageous offers (Tuesday/Thursday). There is an add membership button. There is no details button and no restrictions button.

All was well until I tried to order a 19″ LCD TV on 12/01/09. It came up asking for shipping costs. I called customer service and was told that it did not apply to orders over 10 lbs. This was not stated on the banner selling me this a few weeks ago. They told me I received an email with the restrictions which I may have (I haven’t gone back and looked). However, I said this was not stated when I signed up and I would like to cancel it and receive a refund for the membership. I was told they can cancel it, but they can not refund my money as the membership is non-refundable. I asked about the shippng again and they said I received an email with the restriction. I stated that an email with the restrictions after I order it does not do me any good if I can’t get a refund.

I asked for a supervisor and was told they were busy. I asked for any supervisor or management person and after a couple minutes was told they were all busy. I asked to be called by a supervisor. The customer service rep. took down my number, but no call. I am considering disputing the charge for the membership through my credit card company due to the misleading advertisement, but either way I have most likely purchased my last item from eCost. I have recommended a family member to eCost who has also purchased items and I have recommended to other friends. I will stop recommending eCost. A business is only as good as its customer service.

I’ve ordered one pair of boots for my upcoming deployment. Shipping was listed as 5-6 days via UPS. There were no indications on the website that the item was not in stock. After one week of waiting and one additional week of unsuccessful attempts to contact customer service, the only response from Botach Tactical was a charge to my credit card in the amount of $104.26 for the boots I’ve never received. I’m less than one week from overseas deployment. With no response from Botach Tactical, I had to buy those boots somewhere else. This company is a joke. I should do my research before I decided to purchase anything from them.

Home bar purchased online and received it with cracked granite top. replacement effort is in its5th Month and I was told it would not be replaced before Jan 25, 2010. Correspondence is not answered, totally frustrating to contact them.
